2. We Review Your Request
Our team looks over your date, location, and service needs to confirm availability.
3. Discovery Call (for custom events)
Because all of our event services are custom, we’ll schedule a short phone call to walk through your event details, design ideas, and overall goals. This allows us to build an accurate, tailored quote.
4. Receive Your Custom Proposal
You’ll receive a polished proposal outlining your recommended services, pricing, and any optional add-ons.
5. Secure Your Date
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event on our calendar. Once your deposit is received, your date is officially booked and held.
6. Design & Prep Begins
Our team begins planning, sourcing, and preparing your content creation or installations so every detail is ready for event day.
7. Event Day Execution
We arrive on time, set up with intention, create content, install your décor, and ensure your experience feels seamless and elevated.
For full-scale planning, 2–3 months’ notice is ideal, and we always encourage booking as early as possible. The more time we have to prepare, the better we can ensure your date is secured on our calendar and every detail is executed with care.
We will always do our best to accommodate last-minute inquiries; however, availability is not guaranteed, and events booked with short notice may be subject to a rush fee.

We install in any privately reserved location — whether it's your home, a family member’s home, or a rented venue or Airbnb. If you need help choosing a space, we’re happy to guide you. For quality and safety reasons, we do not offer setups on public property.
We travel anywhere in the country, and our standard travel rate is $2–$3 per mile from our Dallas location.
Our balloon services are non-refundable; however, depending on the circumstances, we may be able to apply your payment as a credit toward a future date.
While lifespan can vary, indoor balloon installations typically last up to three weeks, and outdoor installations generally hold for a few days.
The balloons are yours to enjoy and dispose of at your convenience. If you prefer our team to handle disposal, an additional fee—based on your delivery rate—will apply.
